Reflect and Recognize

When time passes, we can look back, reflect and recognize that it is not the events in our life that cause strain but the relationship we have with those events.

We can learn to accept events as they unfold, trusting there is a bigger Power working on our behalf.

When we experience an inner alignment with this Life Force, we recognize that Heaven is a state available to us at any given time.

The allowance of this Presence will push us to rise above any experience. Be thankful of experience as there is always a lesson to be learned. Maybe we are all just working our way back Home.

Real Time is Now

So many of us live in the past or the future but none of those are reality. The only real time is now. But how do we focus on the present when we have been trained from early on to analyze our previous experiences and obsessively plan for our future? This is where difficulty lies.

We must learn to slow life down. We must learn to stop and observe ourselves in any given moment and develop a new relationship with Self. What are we thinking? How is our body responding to the stimuli that surrounds us at any given time?

It is time to get to know Self through the perceived perception of Self. Who are we really?

We are much more than our human experiences and yet we often forget this truth. We attach our identity with all of the tasks that we accomplish, the materials we accumulate and all of the judgements brought on by the mind. By a tool that has been trained to look for patterns and dismiss what lies underneath all thought forms.

We carry on day to day going through the motions but rarely are we ever really living. Rarely are we in tune with our inner Self and recognizing our infinite divinity for all that we are in our entirety.

Strengthening our inner dialogue is not taught but instead stripped away from us from early on. Of course this intent came from a place of good however if we do not stop and remember what nourishes our very being we will be forever lost on this journey we call life.

It is time to remove yourself from all expectations and judgements you have learned and begin to perceive life through cleansed eyes. It is time to recognize the power within and allow life to be one of ease and flow, turning your back from created suffering, and basking in infinite glory. Real time is now.

The Power Behind our Frame of Reference

Jump out of bed and straight into the shower. Get dressed. Let the dog out. Brush your teeth. Get the laundry started. Put the dishes away. Help your child with their homework. Peak at your emails to have an idea of what more the day may bring. Give a smile and hug your little ones goodbye as you grab a to go breakfast, head out the door and go straight to your next job…

When we view our life as one big to do list it’s no wonder how life can appear so daunting. At some point in time, we have learned to keep busy and lost a sense of connection with ourselves and others. Clearly, with all of the above, there is No time for anything else. Right?

But our routine, day to day lives do serve many great rewards. The danger is when we lose sight of everything but the task and view the task as a mere chore. A pile of things that must get done…

What happens if we start to challenge this frame of mind? If we learn to unveil the underlying joy in each and everything we do.

Learning to Be in the moment allows us the freedom of living, no strings attached. When we keep our minds focused we can find the beauty in the moment and allow our concentration to rest there.

When we are always on the go, we are forgetting to breathe life into each moment that arises. When we learn to slow our thoughts down, we recognize how precious life really is and make it our effort to honor it.

We can continue to get lost in the chore or we can relearn how to be found in the present. Decide how you want to proceed in life, and make that your new frame of reference in all you do. There is Love and peace all around, waiting to be yours…

What is keeping you from living?

Is There a Stigma Attached to Spirituality?

As I align my outer self with my inner self I am filled with potential excitement. I am emerging from a mold, a mold that no longer serves me.

But as we continue our spiritual quest, we may recognize some discomfort attached to how we process our own journey and how we share this part of our new selves with others.

It seems as though society reinforces us to shy away from our genuine selves and instead find comfort in conforming to the herd.

There has always been more people that find comfort in confirmation as opposed to shifting their views further on the spectrum, no matter what the subject.

Do we tend to keep our beliefs or actions aligned with the masses so as to not be challenged or looked upon differently? Perhaps we shy away from our Truth because we are afraid of being judged.

Society seemed to have trained us from an early age to find differences in one another and ultimately place judgements upon those differences.

When we begin to quiet the judgements of the mind, we can be better aware of the aspects of ourselves that we recognize in others, whether good or bad because the truth is we are more alike internally than different.

This type of awareness may bring some initial discomfort, but ultimately we will be rewarded with knowing and understanding our interconnectedness if we continue to allow ourselves to be open to it.

Imagine a world where trained minds sought after exposing the similarities in everyone as opposed to seeking and placing judgements on our perceived differences. Namaste, dear friends.

Life’s One Guarantee

There are no guarantees in life other than one…

Each and every time we find stillness, Love will be there to greet us.

It does not judge, discriminate, or ask us where we have been.

It is simply our gift anytime we wish to receive it.

And when we allow Love to surface, Its Presence is known. It will saturate our entire existence and we need not more.

“Love is all we need.”

Inward Out

From outward in, this thing called life is filled with woes. I am the constant victim of all around me and despite my great desire for control, I have none.

From INWARD out, I am perfect, whole and complete. I AM the divine. I am in control of this Truth and in turn do not question, why me?

From outward in, my troubles seem endless. For every one tackled, two seem to replace it with speed.

From INWARD out, I am not my problems. In fact, I am faithfully aware of the hidden treasures that will transpire from all seeds planted.

From outward in, I am alone. Every one has except for me. I always desire and never have enough.

From INWARD out, I am connected to all things beautiful. I understand that as I give, the more abundance awaits. There is an endless supply of bounty awaiting us all.

From outward in, I am imprisoned by definitions. Everything has a label and comparison invokes limitation.

From INWARD out, I understand I am the one defining and choose only to view from the lens of God where all are Equally Divine.

Hello world!

It’s time to break free from those self-defeating thoughts and get living! Let’s begin by purifying our thoughts to match the true intension of our Soul.

Think Love. Feel Love. Be love.
