We hear people say from time to time how they tried to be more positive but bad circumstances found them regardless so they gave up believing, there is no point.
BUT affirming good intensions is a way of life.
Fitness gurus understand that fad diets will never bring consistent positive results for physical health and wellbeing. Those who wish to break free from their own imprisonment must recognize the mind operates in much the same way.
A crash course of positive thinking will never heal the mind without consistent repetition despite what challenges surface. If change is truly sought, one must make a complete lifestyle change in the way of thinking. One must recognize their own personal empowerment and exemplify Faith.
