Affirm Goodness

We hear people say from time to time how they tried to be more positive but bad circumstances found them regardless so they gave up believing, there is no point. 

BUT affirming good intensions is a way of life.  

Fitness gurus understand that fad diets will never bring consistent positive results for physical health and wellbeing. Those who wish to break free from their own imprisonment must recognize the mind operates in much the same way. 

A crash course of positive thinking will never heal the mind without consistent repetition despite what challenges surface. If change is truly sought, one must make a complete lifestyle change in the way of thinking. One must recognize their own personal empowerment and exemplify Faith.

What a delicate balance life can be…  

Please take some time and open to me
You see, I am there deep within
Everywhere you go
There too, I have been 
While loneliness may creep in
Do not allow this falsity to win 

It’s only an illusion… my dear
For Truth will find its way
If you practice awareness each and every day
And open yourself up to treasure stillness instead
Be disciplined and quiet the chatter in your head

Learn to trust that which may lay dormant 
Tucked away, deep within your core
Understand you are never alone, dear
In fact, you yourself ARE something more
