Changing Destiny

Change your destiny in life by changing your philosophy of life.

Spend time identifying your daily patterns of thought. Are they ones of gratitude and love or have your perceptions been tainted with negativity?

Science of Mind stems from the foundation that it is done unto us as we believe. Do not minimize this beautiful truth. Life responds to us. Life responds to us…

As we awake, we can apply and practice this awareness by setting our intensions on our blessings and affirming the fortunes that which we desire.

We have the ability to recondition ourselves and align ourselves with a Higher Good.

There is an undeniable Presence within us all equally. One that is available to us at all times. Allow IT to guide you in all you do.

When we set Love into motion, we act accordingly. When we realize within, we recognize the beauty of all we outwardly encounter.

For today, stop reacting to life and start remembering how you are, indeed, “the captain of your soul.”

Do We Distort Reality?

So much of the way we approach life and how we respond to it, stems from the values and beliefs that we have learned along the way. But what if the beliefs that are so ingrained in us are simply wrong?

I see and hear so many people going through their life with self defeating thoughts and behaviors, which take the forefront of how they then live. They have dreams like the rest of us, but unfortunately somewhere along the way they have lost sight of them or end up engaging in practices that are unhealthy for them because they don’t know a different way or don’t believe they deserve better.

So many things outside of us seem to make us believe that we are inferior and that suffering is inevitable.

But what if today we all stopped and challenged these external sources and remind ourselves that we are whole and complete on our own? What if today, we chose to remind ourselves of our inherent Divinity? What if today, we began to challenge any thoughts we have that do not align with our highest self?

Lets begin to stop and reflect on the miracles that we are and allow ourselves to see reality for what it really is, without embellishing it with negativity.

When we allow our mind the gift of stillness and welcome thoughts of peace and acceptance, we affirm our birthright. There truly is nothing that the Human Spirit cannot endure.

There is nothing outside of us that cannot be found inside of us. Once we practice this Truth, we walk with Faith in knowing that life is more than our perceptions of events. We are blessed with this day and can allow this gift to be the perfect opportunity to practice thanks and persevere.

Embracing Challenges

No one is exempt from struggles. We are constantly faced with difficulties whether it be relationships, loss, finances, health and all of the above. But is it possible to look at these perceived challenges and be thankful for what they can offer to us?

The person who identifies the gains of joining a gym and putting their body through such intense physical labor brings an identified meaning to their hard work.

They become more focused on why the physical training is important to them and this reward is what seemingly energizing them to push through along the way.

This same person recognizes with their all that the work they have to do will be difficult, but yet they empower them-self to rise above it because they know deep within, it will be a valuable gain to them.

The difficulty their mind and body will endure will not change much during their rigorous workout, but the focus of the person can shift away from the struggles of the challenge to the reasons as to why they should welcome them.

As the person’s body aches in pain from exerting them-self, they should not dismiss it but instead recognize the parts of the body in need and nurture those areas until they feel relief. From there, they can begin to welcome the new direction that their journey is leading them to.

If we focused on life’s challenges with the same intent, we can begin to find value in the inner growth that takes place as we experience life’s challenges. We may not want to welcome the pain per say but we can trust that there is a deeper meaning behind it.

By desiring to become our best self, we can begin to shift the focus away from our struggles on to the deeper meaning behind what this type of inner growing could be offering to us. We can learn to begin to be more gentle with ourselves and nurture the parts of us that need our attention in aims for a fresh start.

Pain, itself, can begin to diminish as we move away from viewing our difficulties as a life sentence and more like opportunities to develop, practice and reinforce inner growth.

As we shift away from viewing the process as a challenge solely, to trusting that there is something greater to be had beyond the struggle, we become more resilient. We are able to see past the issue at hand and know with our everything that we are more than our problems.

The challenges we endure are for a higher purpose. They strengthen our faith, which in turn, guides us to our highest self.

The less we identify with the challenge and the more we recognize what the difficulty offers to us, the less reactive we become.

There is a great reward in pushing ourself towards this type of self-actualization. We become fulfilled in knowing our struggles serve a purpose and that we are getting closer to reaching our final destination. We are working our way back home.

Planting Seeds

Ernest Holmes teaches that you can have what you desire, but first you must embody it by way of thought.

Our thoughts create how we experience life. If we allow abundance and faith to take the lead then that is what we will attract by way of Law.

God allows us the gift of the Mind. Trust this blessing to work for you, not against you.

Everything you yearn for is within you. When your mind is clouded with uncertainty, those faulty thoughts need to be corrected at conception. Have faith in the process.

There is a presence that works through you and when you allow it to unveil, you need not more.

Trust this with conviction and plant only seeds of thought that are aligned with your Divinity.

We can be defeated or we can defeat by way of thought. The Truth of our existence heals.
